Programme Overview

The LQA Level 7 Diploma in Education Management and Leadership is designed to nurture advanced knowledge and expertise in educational leadership and institutional strategy. Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 3 years managerial/ team lead work experience (AND)
  • Completed an academic or professional undergraduate qualification or equivalent (AND)
  • Proof of English Language

The LQA Level 7 Diploma in Education Management and Leadership is academically aligned with the level of a master’s qualification. While this diploma comprises 120 credits, progression to a full master's award typically requires completion of an additional 60-credit dissertation or research project at a university.

The LQA Level 7 Diploma in Education Management and Leadership consists of 6 mandatory units for a combined total of 120 credits, 1200 hours Total Qualification Time (TQT) and 480 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) for the completed qualification.
