Programme Overview
The LQA Level 7 Diploma in Psychology is designed to provide learners with the knowledge and abilities in psychology that are aligned with sound strategic decision making in order to sustain an organisation's competitive advantage.
Learners gain knowledge through an integrated approach that combines theory and practice in psychology, utilising real-time activities. Learners' psychology and leadership abilities, as well as their ability to focus on the requirements of implementing an organisation's strategy, will be enhanced by completing this certication.
The LQA Level 7 Diploma in Psychology allows students to advance into or within the workplace, as well as work toward a related Master's degree programme with advanced standing.
Eligibility Criteria
- Should be 21 years and above (AND)
- Minimum 3 years managerial/ team lead work experience (AND)
- Completed an academic or professional undergraduate qualification or equivalent (AND)
- Proof of English Language
Qualification Equivalence
LQA Level 7 diplomas are comparable to master's degrees, they are however 120 credits, and to complete a full master's programme, students must nish the dissertation stage of 60 credits at the university.

The qualification includes six mandatory modules, making up a total of 120 credits. This structure allows learners to expand on areas that specifically align with their career goals and interests.

Duration and Delivery
The qualification is designed for completion within six months of full-time study, but can also be pursued on a part-time or distance-learning basis to accommodate varying schedules.

Progression Opportunities
The LQA Level 7 Diploma in Psychology qualication enables learners to progress into or within employment and/ or continue their further studies. As this qualication is approved and regulated by LQA The qualications are approved and regulated by the academic board of the LQA regulatory and LQA QAA boards. Learners are eligible to progress to Master’s top-up at many universities.
