Programme Overview
The LQA Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management is designed to provide learners with a comprehensive understanding of the knowledge and abilities in Human Resource Management that are aligned with sound strategic decision making in order to sustain an organisation's competitive advantage. Learners aiming for a full Master's degree will need to undertake an additional 60 credits at the dissertation stage.
