Endorsement by LQA confirms that your programme meets high standards in design and aligns with participant needs, assuring stakeholders of its quality and relevance.
Upon completion, participants will receive an LQA certificate of attendance, detailing the name of the endorsed programme. This certificate can also feature your organisation's logo and the date of achievement if desired.

Endorsement Process
Interested organisations should submit the LQA Endorsement Application Form available on our website, providing:
- Organisation background
- Target learner demographics
- Comprehensive programme outline, including learning outcomes and objectives
- Programme duration and delivery methods
- Resumes of teaching and programme administrative staff
- Supporting resources such as slides, session plans, workbooks, and handouts
- Relevant organisational policies (e.g., Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, Complaints, Data Protection)
- Evaluation and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement
- Projected learner numbers for the next 12 months
It’s important to avoid using terms like "Diploma," "Certificate," or "Award," or referring to a specific level in your programme title, as these are reserved for regulated qualifications. We can assist in naming your programme appropriately.
Upon application receipt, we conduct preliminary checks, including a credit review.
Following satisfactory initial checks, we'll confirm the endorsement fee, annual renewal costs and certificate charges, which depend on the number of programmes and their durations.
Once you agree to the fee and terms, full payment is required to proceed. Our team will then review your programme against LQA's Endorsement Criteria. You may be asked to provide further details or evidence during this review.
After meeting all criteria, we confirm your endorsement and provide details on how to claim certificates, including a sample certificate and guidelines for using the LQA logo.
The typical timeframe for obtaining LQA endorsement is 3-4 weeks from application receipt.
